Overview
This Cancellation & Refund Policy summarizes the booking cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund rules that apply on Glammr.
This policy is subject to any stronger non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Client Cancellations
Clients may cancel before check-in, subject to the booking lifecycle and any non-waivable legal rights.
If a Client cancels at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time, no cancellation fee is charged.
If a Client cancels within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, the following cancellation fees may apply as a percentage of the booking price: 48-72 hours before start: 5%; 24-48 hours before start: 10%; less than 24 hours before start: 15%.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed only before check-in and may require the Stylist to confirm the updated booking again.
Client-initiated reschedules may trigger a fee of 10% of the booking price under platform rules.
Stylist Cancellations and No-Shows
If a Stylist cancels before check-in, the Client will be refunded for any captured service charge.
If neither party checks in within the applicable grace period, the booking may be treated as a no-show and no-show fees may apply under the booking rules.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless we tell you otherwise. Timing depends on your processor, card issuer, or bank.
Payment disputes or chargebacks may temporarily affect account access while they are investigated.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory cancellation or refund right you may have under applicable law.
If Glammr is required to deliver an internet-agreement copy or other legal disclosure and does not do so, you may have additional rights under consumer protection law.
