How do clients discover a stylist on Glammr?
Clients browse and search for stylists within a City Market. A stylist appears in a market when their business location falls within that market's radius, so keeping that location accurate is essential for discovery.
How do stylists get paid?
Stylists connect their Stripe account in payout settings. Glammr only earns when stylists do — once a booking is completed, 85% of the booking goes to the stylist and the 15% commission only applies on completed bookings, with any applicable taxes on platform fees handled by Glammr.
Can I use the Stylist Portal on my phone?
Yes. The Stylist Portal is responsive across phone, tablet, and desktop browsers, although denser management workflows are still easier on a larger screen.
Do stylists pay extra to use Glammr features?
No. Glammr only earns when stylists do. Stylists keep 85% of every completed booking and the 15% commission **supports the platform that brings them clients**. There are no monthly subscriptions, setup fees, listing fees, or paid feature tiers for core stylist tools — profile setup, offerings, gallery, scheduling, messaging, and support tools are all included.
