Purpose
These Community Guidelines explain the conduct Glammr expects from Clients, Stylists, and anyone else using the Services.
They are intended to promote safety, respect, lawful marketplace conduct, and reliable booking experiences.
Respectful Conduct
Treat other users with professionalism and respect. Harassment, threats, intimidation, hate speech, sexual misconduct, stalking, doxxing, and retaliation are prohibited.
Do not use Glammr to discriminate against anyone on the basis of a protected ground under applicable law.
Booking Integrity
Use the Services honestly. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent your qualifications, fabricate reviews, manipulate availability, evade platform fees, or try to move Glammr-introduced bookings off-platform to avoid platform rules.
Do not misuse incident reporting, chargebacks, moderation tools, or support channels.
Content and Intellectual Property
Only upload content you have the right to share and that does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
Do not upload sexual-exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery, illegal content, or content that puts someone at risk of harm.
Safety
Follow reasonable hygiene, safety, and appointment-location expectations. If a booking or communication presents an immediate safety risk, contact emergency services or the appropriate local authority first.
You should share relevant allergy, accessibility, or safety information truthfully where needed for a booking.
Enforcement
Glammr may investigate reports, request information, remove content, cancel bookings, warn users, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently remove users who violate these guidelines or applicable law.
Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate action without prior warning where necessary to protect users or the platform.
