Copyright & IP Complaints Policy

Last updated May 4, 2026 · Version 1.0.0

Overview

Glammr respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

This policy explains how to report alleged copyright or other intellectual property infringement involving content on the Services.

Designated Contact

Send intellectual property complaints to team@glammr.shop.

Mailing address: 185 Millway Avenue, Concord, Ontario, Canada L4K 5K8.

What To Include In A Notice

Your notice should identify the copyrighted work or other protected material, identify the allegedly infringing content with enough detail for us to locate it, and explain the basis of your rights claim.

Include your name, contact details, authority to act on behalf of the rights holder where applicable, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, agent, or law.

Review and Response

We may review the notice, request additional information, remove or restrict access to content, or forward the complaint to the affected user where permitted by law.

Where applicable, we may follow notice-and-notice, takedown, or similar procedures available under Canadian or other relevant law.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed or restricted in error, you may respond with a counter-notice explaining why you believe the content is lawful or non-infringing and providing contact information for follow-up.

Submitting a false notice or counter-notice may expose you to legal consequences.

Repeat Infringers

Glammr may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly misuse the complaints process.
